A person like me isn’t convenient to go out for shopping. Due to a car accident, I lost my left leg. Suddenly, I became a girl without smile. I began to shut myself in my house; I rarely talk to people, even if they were my parents. I complained that why that kind of thing happened on me. Day after day I started to become thin; my parents worried about me very much. In fact, I didn’t want my parents to be solicitous about me. I just wanted to be alone; I didn’t want to be with anyone else. Even though I told them what I thought, they still took thought for me.
Then one day my parents bought a computer for me. They said “you couldn’t isolate yourself from the world, if you really decided to stay at home you could surf the internet when you felt boring.” On that day I began to understand computer and because of it, I began to know the world, a world which was different from the one I knew before.
Since then I was immersed in a world that far away from me. I made a lot of friends online. I didn’t have to meet them, but we still could be good friends. Recently, due to some of my friends online, I began to shop for eyeglasses online. I have to say that it’s an amazing thing which helps me a lot.
Owing to my body condition, I refused to go out for shopping. All things I needed were bought by my parents. In fact, I liked the things they bought for me, while I didn’t like the feeling that all the things must be bought by them for me. It let me feel uncomfortable. Whatever I didn’t depend on them buying things for me; I could buy on my own.
